| A: | On most computers you have to push and hold the power button in for about 10 seconds before it will power off. |

| A: | On an ink jet printer, check the paper type selection lever. It should be in the most left position and is located on the front, lower left of the printer. |

| A: | Unplug printer, restart computer, plug printer in. |
| Q: | I just changed printer cartridges and my printer still will not print. |
| A: | Remove the protective tape from the print cartridge. |
| Q: | Why is my Group Wise operating slow? |
| A: | Try cleaing out your unneeded and old e mails. Right click on the message and select delete. When you are done deleting the messages you must empty the trash container. Right click on trash and select empty trash. Also delete the items in your Sent folder by selecting the desired item, right click and select delete. |

| Q: | Why do I receive syntax errors when I open up internet explorer. |
| A: | Your default setting have been changed. Open up internet explorer and select the tools menu. Then select internet options. Next click on the advanced tab on the top right and then restore defaults on the bottom left of the page. Click on apply, on the bottom of the page and then close internet explorer. This should help. |

| A: | Your phone is set to pulse dialing not tone. Locate the swithc on the side of the phone and make sure it is set to tone. |
